What are the free VIP benefits?

You pay the Standard Rate (sometimes listed as the Flexible Rate) offered directly by the hotels but you ALSO get:

Property Credit*

Many luxury hotels offer a credit (often $100) that can be used for spa treatments, room service, drinks at the bar, or at the restaurant.

Free Breakfast

While many luxury hotels charge $50+ per person, most of our hotel partners offer daily complimentary breakfast for two. Some hotels will even let you use room service for breakfast.

Room upgrade**

Whether it’s an ocean view or more space, an upgrade can make a hotel stay that much more special.

Welcome amenity

We work with properties to personalize a welcome amenity based on your preferences. Depending on the property, that could be chocolates, fruit, a bottle of wine, or even champagne.

Priority Check-in/Out***

If you arrive early in the morning or depart late at night, early check-in or late checkout can make things so much easier.

* Some properties specify where the credit can be used or offer another benefit instead (i.e. airport transfer, unique local experience, etc.)
** Some properties offer a confirmed upgrade at the time of booking, some offer this within 24h of booking, others only confirm the upgrade if space is available during check-in.

Preferred partner programs allow us to add VIP benefits on cash stays at luxury properties around the world. These are benefits that are unavailable to the general public.

Your cost is the exact same as if you booked directly with the property. We are compensated by the property, and no costs are passed on to our clients.

As these are direct bookings, you’ll receive your elite status perks on top of the preferred booking program perks. Please keep in mind that the perks offered vary by property.

Yes, you will also earn hotel points and elite night credits.

The VIP perks like free breakfast, property credit, room upgrades and welcome amenities are automatically added when you book with Straight To The Perks. There is nothing you need to do, just book the property on our portal!

With exception of Accor, these programs are not available for stays booked with points.

Our hotel partners sometimes run exclusive promos offering up to 33% off, sometimes in the form of a 3rd or 4th night free.
Some programs also allow us to book advance purchase rates (i.e. Four Seasons) or even member rates (i.e. Langham).
